1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
   We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
   ✔ The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
   ✔ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
   ✔ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
   🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
   ❌ Custom or personalized designs (unless defective or incorrect).
   ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
   ❌ Clearance or final sale items.
2. How to Request a Return
   Follow these steps to initiate a return:

   2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – We’ll provide the return address and any additional instructions.
   3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the item back within 5 days of approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
3. Refund Process
   ✔ Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
   ✔ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

   ✔ After this period, the order enters production and cannot be changed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
